MOA purchase of Non Solo Pizza Settles

MOA GROUP SETTLES ICONIC AUCKLAND RESTAURANT AND BAR,
NON SOLO PIZZA (NSP)
Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) (“Moa”, “The Group”), New Zealand’s own brewing and hospitality
company, has settled the acquisition of Non Solo Pizza (NSP) an Iconic Auckland Italian Restaurant,
through its subsidiary Savor Group Limited.
Total consideration was $3.75 million, which has been funded via a cash payment of $3.2 million and the
issue of shares valued at $550,000.
We are delighted that NSP is part of the Group’s hospitality portfolio which includes the well-respected
restaurants and bars Ostro, Ebisu, Fukuko, Azabu, Seafarers, Seven, Tommy’s Champagne Bar and
Auckland Fish Market.
