Speculation on SANZAAR rugby rights

Sky is aware that there is speculation in the media that Sky has secured the SANZAAR rugby
rights from 2021.

It is well known that Sky is keen to retain the rights and is in ongoing negotiations with NZ
Rugby and SANZAAR. However, at this time there is nothing to report and the company has
advised media that it will not be responding to speculation.

Sky will update the market if it has something to report concerning the SANZAAR rights.
