Vista Group acquires 100% of Numero Limited

Vista Group is pleased to announce that it has today acquired the remaining 50% of Vista Group
associate company Numero Limited from Stuyar Pty Limited, an entity associated with Numero Chief
Executive, Simon Burton. Numero provides an aggregated Box Office reporting platform that delivers
the film industry and media clean, fast and effective Box Office information.

Vista Group Chief Executive Kimbal Riley stated: “We are very happy to finally take full ownership of
Numero. Numero has experienced strong revenue growth over FY2018 and the timing is right to bring it
within the Vista Group. We are really excited about the opportunities ahead of Numero and working with
Simon to achieve its potential.”

The transaction consideration is not material and involves a combination of cash and Vista Group
shares, with the final consideration determined based on specific earnings and revenue targets being
achieved by Numero Limited over the coming two years.
