Change of Company Secretary

Wellington Drive Technologies Limited (Wellington) Company Secretary, Ron Jackson, has notified the
company of his intention to retire and given notice of his resignation. Ron will cease to be Company
Secretary of Wellington effective 29 October 2019.

Howard Milliner, Wellington’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 29
October 2019.

The company would like to recognise Ron’s 26 years of exemplary service with the business and wishes
him every success for the future.
