NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (“ANZ”) ordinary shares. The trading
halt was placed pre market Thursday, 31 October 2019.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• The release by ANZ of its full-year financial results; or
• Market open on Friday, 1 November 2019.
