Zealand, in GBP to shareholders with registered addresses in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands

5.1 Please provide any further information applicable to this dividend/distribution
ANZ has announced that it proposes to pay a 2019 Final Dividend of 80 cents, partially franked at 70%, per
ordinary share on 18 December 2019. It is also proposed that NZ imputation credits of NZ 9 cents per ordinary
share will be attached to all cash dividend payments and to the Dividend Amounts relating to all ordinary shares
that participate in the DRP (franking credits and NZ imputation credits will not be attached to ordinary shares that
participate in the BOP).
