SUPREME COURT DATE CONFIRMED

The Supreme Court has set a date to hear the case surrounding Synlait’s Pokeno land, which had historic
covenants reinstated by the Court of Appeal in May 2019. The covenants had previously been removed by
the High Court.

The hearing date is set for Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 April 2020. The hearing is expected to last
two days.
