NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, following the release of the announcements this
morning by Westpac Banking Corporation and AUSTRAC (the Australian Transaction Reports
and Analysis Centre), trading in Westpac Banking Corporation ordinary shares (“WBC”) and
notes (“WBC010”) will resume at 12.10pm today.
The trading halt was put in place by NZX on WBC and WBC010 at 9.54.am.
