Precinct Annual General Meeting – Voting Result
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited was
held today. Voting was conducted by poll and shareholders passed all three resolutions.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are as follows:
