Delegat Group held it’s shareholder meeting in Auckland on Tuesday, 3

December 2019.
Shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board of
Directors.
Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and all four resolutions were approved by
shareholders.
