over the six months to 30 September 2019, provides comments on the outlook and sets out financial
statements for the six month period.

Annual General Meeting Results
TEMIT held its Annual General Meeting on 11 July 2019, at which all resolutions were duly
passed. At the meeting, shareholders approved a dividend of 11.00 pence per share and this was
paid on 18 July 2019 to those shareholders who were on the register at close of business on 14 June
