Voting Rights In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules (‘the DTRs’), we would like to notify the market of
the following:
The capital of Henderson Far East Income Limited (the “Company”), as
at 30 November 2019, consisted of 134,433,564 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on 2 December
2019, the issued share capital on 3 December 2019 will be 134,533,564
and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
134,533,564. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the DTRs.
Notifications to the Company under DTR 5.1.2R (notification or the
acquisition or disposal of major shareholdings) should be made by
