Vista Group (VGL) – Resignation of Vista Group COO

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that, after 19 years of service, Chief
Operating Officer, Derek Forbes, has resigned from his position with Vista Group with effect from March
12 2020, to pursue new business opportunities, including with Vista Group associate company Stardust.

Vista Group CEO Kimbal Riley, stated: “On behalf of Vista Group and the Board I would like to thank
Derek for the commitment and drive he has brought to his many years at Vista Group and to acknowledge
his tremendous contribution to the Group. Derek began with Vista Group as an intern, swiftly progressed
into more senior leadership roles and, in more recent years, has been instrumental in expanding Vista
Group’s global footprint, responsible for establishing offices in both the United Kingdom and the United
States. We wish Derek well with his future endeavours.”

Vista Group will continue to evaluate the optimal executive structure and will provide an update to the
market on any developments as necessary.
