Further to the announcement of 14 November 2019, Goodman (NZ) Limited, the
Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise the second quarter
distribution, for the year ending 31 March 2020, will be paid to Unitholders today.

GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that
the second quarter distribution, for the period ended 30 September 2019, has now
been paid. The distribution includes a cash component of 1.6625 cents per unit with
0.302096 cents per unit of imputation credits attached.
Interim Report
I’d also like to remind you that the 2020 Interim Report of Goodman Property Trust
and GMT Bond Issuer Limited is now available. We are no longer producing a printed
copy of the report, but an online version can be accessed from the Trust’s website
