Tower Limited advises that its annual meeting is to be held in Auckland on 14 February 2020 at 11am.
The venue will be in Guineas Room 3, Ellerslie Event Centre, Ellerslie Racecourse, 80 Ascot Avenue, Auckland.
Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Tower Limited advises that the opening date for nominations for
directors to be voted on at this year’s annual meeting is today and the closing date is 13 January 2020.
All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date.
