Management Limited held a relevant interest in 21,311,548 (6.672%) WDT ordinary shares
and Jarden Securities Limited held a relevant interest in 7,389,328 (2.314%) WDT shares.

In the period since the previous disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading activity
under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited purchased
21,000,000 WDT ordinary shares for total consideration of $2,940,000, leaving Harbour
Asset Management Limited with 42,311,548 WDT ordinary shares (13.112%) at the date of
this notice.
In the period since the previous disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading activity,
Jarden Securities Limited has sold 85,828 WDT ordinary shares for a total consideration of
