INTERIM RESULTS 2020 DATE AND INVESTOR WEBCAST

Vector will be announcing its half-year financial results for the six months ended 31
December 2019 on Tuesday, 25 February 2020.

We invite interested investors and media to listen to our half-year results presentation which
will be held at 10.00am (New Zealand time) and broadcast via live webcast.

At the end of the presentation, investment analysts and media will be able to ask questions.
