Response to Synlait Milk Limited’s earnings and outlook announcement
The a2 Milk Company notes the release this morning of an announcement from Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait
NZX: SML; ASX: SM1) regarding its results for the half-year ended 31 January 2020 and its outlook for the
second half of FY20.
The a2 Milk Company confirms that its business performance remains strong and it continues to be in
compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
The a2 Milk Company intends to release its results for the half year ended 31 December 2019 on Thursday,
27 February 2020 and will make further comment on the business at that time.
