The Chief Executive Officer for Foley Wines Limited (FWL), Mr Mark Turnbull, has
advised that the auditors of the Company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) resigned today
and that the Board after reviewing the requirements of the Company during its current
growth phase are in the final stages of appointing Deloitte as auditors of the Company and
they look forward to working with them in the future.
