Appointment of Auditors

TruScreen Limited (NZX:TRU) (TruScreen or the Company) advises that BDO Auckland have
resigned as auditors of the Company.
The Company has appointed RSM Hayes Audit Auckland as auditors of the Company with
immediate effect.
The Board of Directors takes this opportunity to thank BDO Auckland for their service to the
Company since listing in 2014.

and middle-income countries where no large-scale cervical cancer screening programs and
infrastructure are in place, such as China, Mexico, Africa, Russia and India. TruScreen’s cervical
cancer screening device is CE-marked and certified for use throughout Europe and CFDA-
approved for sale in China. The global market potential for TruScreen is significant.
