GMT Third Quarter Distribution

Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the third quarter distribution for the year
ending 31 March 2020.
The record date for the distribution is 5 March 2020 with payment to be made on 19 March
2020. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of $0.01662500 per unit with an additional
$0.00288430 per unit in imputation credits.
