Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) is pleased to advise that Richard Amos has been appointed to the role
of Company Secretary. Mr Amos will share company secretary duties with Andrew Lowe, Chief Financial Officer &
Company Secretary.
Mr Amos has broad legal, commercial and corporate governance experience, and has worked with a number of high
profile retail and consumer brands including Myer, Marcs David Lawrence, Lion and Vodafone, as well as top‐tier law
firm Baker & McKenzie.
