FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2020

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a first interim dividend of 5.35p per ordinary
share (2019: 5.10p) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2020 payable on 29 May 2020
to shareholders registered on 23 April 2020. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 24
April 2020.
The dividend is to be paid from the Company’s revenue account.
