Debbie McClure retires after 30 years at Ryman Healthcare
Ryman Healthcare’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Debbie McClure is retiring after 30
years at the company.
Debbie started as a part-time receptionist at Ryman’s Woodcote village in Christchurch in
1990 and had made an enormous contribution over her long career, Ryman Chief Executive
Gordon MacLeod said.
“Debbie has formed many wonderful connections with residents over the last three
decades. She has taken a personal interest in many of our residents’ lives and in how we
provide a great experience for them,’’ Gordon said.
“In 2013 she relocated to Melbourne and was our first senior person on the ground over
there. She played a critical role in establishing our name and in building outstanding
relationships across a number of communities in Victoria.
“We wish Debbie all the best for a richly-deserved retirement with her family and her
beloved grandchildren.
“We have a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing leadership team in place,
and they are fired up about the growth opportunities ahead,’’ Gordon said.
