Cancellation of Information Meetings & Invitation to Teleconference/Webcast

The Board is conscious that shareholders like to hear from AFIC as part of its
communications program during March, particularly in these volatile market
conditions.

However, given the current health and safety concerns with the Coronavirus, the
Company has decided to cancel these meetings and substitute them with a
teleconference/webcast to be held on Friday 27 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m. (AEDT)
