DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR PFI

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that Director nominations are now open. The closing date for
nominations is 5.00pm on Monday, 6 April 2020.

Director nominations should be sent to:

1. Property for Industry Limited, Shed 24, Prince's Wharf, 147 Quay Street, Auckland 1010,
New Zealand, Attention: Craig Peirce; or

2. Property for Industry Limited, PO Box 1147, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140, New Zealand,
Attention: Craig Peirce; or

3. peirce@propertyforindustry.co.nz.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting to be
held on Tuesday, 19 May 2020. Given restrictions around gatherings due to COVID-19, a location for
the meeting is to be determined. It is likely to be held at a physical location in Auckland with a digital
option. Details will be confirmed in the notice of meeting.
