The foreign exchange rate used for Mercury’s FY2020 interim dividend paid to Australian investors in
Australian Dollars (NZD/AUD) has been set to 0.9915. The dividend will be paid on 1 April 2020.

Attached is an amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 Notification of Dividend/Distribution released to the ASX.
