Vista Group cancels Vista China transaction

Vista Group International Limited advises that it has today cancelled the agreement to acquire a
further 14.5% of Vista Entertainment Solutions (Shanghai) Limited (‘Vista China’) announced to the
market on 20 December 2019.

Vista Group may revisit a potential future transaction in respect of Vista China but only once the
impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is fully understood.
