Trading Update
As part of the New Zealand government response to COVID-19 The Warehouse Group will from this
week offer a limited range of its products and services to the public and commercial customers.
No physical stores will be open to customers but under the MBIE approach to providing essential
items, a mutually agreed range of essential items will be provided via The Warehouse and Noel
Leeming websites and call centres and delivered using contactless delivery. Fulfilment of these goods
will occur at 16 select closed The Warehouse and Noel Leeming stores as well as the two national
distribution centres. In addition, the Group will partially re-start its supply chain operation to supply
items to government departments and other essential business – e.g replacement products for
insurance claims involving essential items.
Employees working to fulfil orders will do so using correct safety protocols to protect them from
COVID-19.
