As previously announced on 11 March 2020, Mr Richard West will be joining the Board of
The Bankers Investment Trust PLC as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 April 2020.

On 17 March 2020, Richard purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company prior to his
appointment to the Board.
