The Company announces that it agreed on 14 April 2020 to allot 300,000 Ordinary Shares at
311.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 9 April 2020 was 292.3p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 16 April 2020. As at 16 April 2020 the issued share capital
will be 139,508,564 and the number of voting rights will be 139,508,564.
