The Company announces that it agreed on 22 April 2020 to allot 150,000 Ordinary Shares at
304.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 21 April 2020 was 294.9p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 24 April 2020. As at 24 April 2020 the issued share capital
will be 139,958,564 and the number of voting rights will be 139,983,564.
