Half Year 2020 Results Announcement Date

On Thursday 28 May 2020 Tower Limited (NZX/ASX: TWR) will release its half year results for the
six months ended 31 March 2020.

Investors and analysts are invited to participate in a briefing with Tower’s Chairman Michael
Stiassny, Chief Executive Officer Richard Harding, and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Wright, to
discuss the results and answer questions.
The briefing will be via teleconference and webcast only; there will be no live audience. The
briefing will be webcast live at http://www.tower.co.nz/company/investor-centre and will
also be archived and available for replay later.
