• Purchases of 150,000 ASX listed shares for consideration of AUD $103,560
• Sales of 1,620,000 shares for consideration of NZD $1,294,850
On 24 April 2020, Kathmandu issued an additional 105,348,353 ordinary shares under the retail
entitlement offer, increasing the total number of ordinary shares on issue to 709,001,384.
