RIGHTS ISSUE SHARES ALLOTTED
Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) announces the completion of its Right Issue process. Enprise has
allotted 2,271,442 new shares, equating to total capital raised of $1,135,787 which is 100% of the
proposed raise, the shortfall has been placed with institutional investors.
The funds advanced under this facility are to be applied towards the purposes outlined in the offer
document. At the time of the initial issue, the Offer has been fully subscribed.
