PLP – Completion of the grape harvest for 2020

Booster Investment Management Limited as Manager of the Fund (the Manager) is pleased to confirm it
has completed the 2020 grape harvest from its Marlborough based vineyards.

The grape and wine industry was allowed to operate during COVID-19 level 3 and 4 alert levels as an
essential business and, as a result, the harvest was able to be completed without interruption.

The proceeds from the sale of the fruit was consistent with expectations and in line with estimates
reflected in the net asset value of the fund.
