GMT Fourth Quarter Distribution

Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the fourth quarter distribution for the year
ending 31 March 2020.
The record date for the distribution is 11 June 2020 with payment to be made on 18 June
2020. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of $0.01662500 per unit with an additional
$0.00217521 per unit in imputation credits.
