NAV Update and Receipt of Tax Refund
The Board of TEMIT announces that TEMIT has received a tax refund of £26.5 million from HMRC,
representing 1.37% of the last published NAV. The last unaudited ex-income NAV of TEMIT as at 27
May 2020 was £1,940 million, representing a NAV of 804.52 pence per share.
TEMIT’s accounting year end is 31 March each year and so this refund will be recognised as income
in the 2020/21 accounting year. At the time of writing, it is too early to predict revenues for the
2020/21 accounting year. The Board is mindful of the current crisis and will consider next year’s
dividend in the light of the full year results.
