Rakon (RAK) Director Nominations Closing Date

Rakon Limited plans to hold its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders on 7 August 2020. The time of
the meeting and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which
will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

In accordance with Listing Rule 2.3.2 Rakon Limited advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Friday 19 June 2020 and nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZT) on the
closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting.

Any nominations should be addressed to the Company Secetary, Rakon Limited, Private Bag 99943,
