Further to the announcement released by AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited (“AFT”) today at
10.00am, NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a
trading halt on AFT ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market open this morning.
AFT has sought the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its securities while the
bookbuild for the placement component of a capital raising is undertaken.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• The release of an announcement relating to the outcome of the placement; or
• Market open on Friday, 12 June 2020.
