EARLY REPAYMENT OF SKYCITY SERIES 2015 BONDS - SKC040
Please find attached a copy of a notice to be sent to holders of the company’s ‘Series 2015’
corporate bonds (SKC040) today advising of the company’s intention to redeem all of the
‘Series 2015’ bonds on 28 September 2020 (before the 28 September 2022 maturity date)
as part of a comprehensive funding plan announced earlier today to strengthen the
company’s balance sheet and secure additional liquidity in response to uncertainty
around the impacts of COVID-19.
