Further to the announcement of 28 May 2020, Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of
Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise the fourth quarter distribution, for the
year ended 31 March 2020, will be paid to Unitholders today.

GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that
the fourth quarter distribution, for the period ended 31 March 2020, has now been
paid. The distribution includes a cash component of 1.6625 cents per unit with
0.217521 cents per unit of imputation credits attached.
This is the final quarterly payment relating to the 2020 financial year and results in an
annual cash distribution of 6.65 cents per unit.
