BGI advises that it intends to rely on the class waiver granted by NZX dated 3 April 2020

providing an extension of periodic reporting deadlines in Listing Rules 3.5.1 and 3.6.1, for

both its Results Announcement and annual report. BGI intends to provide its Results

Announcement by 29 June 2020 and its annual report by 31 August 2020.
