Name of the scheme: Booster Investment Scheme 2 (Scheme)
Type of scheme: Other Managed Fund (i.e. a managed fund which is not a KiwiSaver scheme, workplace
savings scheme or superannuation scheme).

Supervisor: Public Trust
Product Disclosure Statements: The date and status of the latest Product Disclosure Statements for the
Scheme are:
• Booster Investment Scheme 2 – Private Land and Property Fund, dated 18 September 2019 – open for
applications
Fund Updates: The latest fund update for the Scheme’s Fund for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 and was
made publicly available on 1 May 2020.
Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report: The latest financial statements for the Scheme and its auditor
report, covering the financial year 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 were lodged on the scheme register and

Substantial product holders
The Private Land and Property Fund (the Fund) is listed on the NZX Main Board under NZX code PLP. Any
unitholder that holds more than 5% of the units in the Fund are considered as substantial product holders.

3. Changes relating to the scheme
Governing Document
The following change was made to the Scheme’s Trust Deed during the Year.
• Effective from 18 September 2019, the Trust Deed was amended to reflect updates as a result of the
NZX Listing Rules which were amended by the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

Terms of the Offer
The following material change was made to the terms of the offer of the Scheme’s Fund during the Year:
• The Private Land and Property Fund was listed on the NZX Main Board (NZX Code: PLP) on
18th September 2019.

Statement of Investment Policy and Objectives (SIPO)
No material changes were made to the investment objectives and strategy of the Scheme’s Fund and the
SIPO during the Year.

Related Party Transactions
The Private Land and Property Fund (the Fund) fully invests into a separate wholesale portfolio also managed
by Booster Investment Management Limited (the Manager) – the Private Land and Property Portfolio
(Wholesale Portfolio). The Wholesale Portfolio is a managed fund established under the Booster Investment
Scheme, a separate scheme also managed by the Manager.
The Fund holds 100% of the units of the Wholesale Portfolio, and the Wholesale Portfolio holds the property
investments directly that the investors in the Fund are indirectly exposed to. All transactions between these
related parties are performed on an arm’s length basis.
There were no other changes to the nature or scale of any related party transactions during the Year and all
related party transactions were on an arms’ length basis.

5. Changes to persons involved in the scheme
The Board of the Supervisor
During the Year, the Supervisor had the following Board changes:
• Kirsty Campbell was appointed as a Board Member on 1 April 2019
• Vicki Sykes was appointed as a Board Member on 1 April 2019
• Fiona Oliver completed her term as a Board Member on 31 October 2019
• Bevan Killick completed his term as a Board Member on 31 October 2019
• Kevin Murphy was appointed as a Board Member on 1 February 2020
• Meleane Burgess was appointed as a Board Member on 1 February 2020
Listed Securities Registrar
Link Market Services was appointed as the securities registrar for the listed securities purchased via the NZX
Main Board on 18 September 2019.
There were no changes to the Manager (who also performs the functions of administration manager,
investment manager, unlisted securities registrar for the Scheme), the Supervisor or Custodian. There was a
change of Auditor of the Scheme. The Auditor of the Scheme is now Ernst & Young.
There were no changes to the key personnel or the directors of the Manager.
