Re: Westpac Self-Funding Instalments Annual Loan Amount Adjustment

Westpac Banking Corporation, as issuer of Westpac Self-Funding Instalments (“Westpac SFIs”)
advises that pursuant to the Terms of Issue of the Westpac SFIs, the Loan Amount for each Series will
be increased by the Interest Amount for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021 inclusive. The
Interest Amounts have been calculated using a rate of 2.65%p.a.
