RAK Alternate Director Appointment revoked

The Board of Rakon Limited announces that Director Yin Tang (Tony)Tseng has today revoked the
appointment of Roger Yao as his Alternate Director.

The Directors thank Roger for his services as Tony’s Alternate Director.
