NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Me Today Limited (“MEE”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market
open this morning.
MEE has sought the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its securities while the
placement component of a capital raising is undertaken.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• The release of an announcement relating to the outcome of the placement; or
• Market open on Friday, 10 July 2020.
