TRS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“TRS”) ENTERS INTO SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT – CHANGE OF NAME
AND TICKER CODE – ADDITIONAL MATTERS
Placement
TRS advises that it has today issued 333,177,621 new ordinary fully paid shares in the Company
(“Placement Shares”) at an issue price of $0.00025 per share. The capital raising will raise $83,295 in
aggregate. The placement has been made to the Lindsay Investment Trust.
The funds raised from the placement will be utilised to fund the ongoing working capital
requirements of the Company whilst it continues to undertake investigations to find a suitable
business initiative to acquire via a reverse takeover transaction.
A Capital Change Notice accompanies this announcement.
Change of Name
TRS has resolved to change its name to Ascension Capital Limited with legal effect from 20 July 2020.
The change is scheduled to be effective on NZX’s systems from 20 July 2020.
Change of Ticker Code
TRS has resolved to change its ticker code from “TRS” to “ACE”, with the change scheduled to be
effective on NZX’s systems from 20 July 2020.

Assignment of Huahan International Holdings (Hong Kong) Co Limited Loan Facility
TRS has received notice that the interest of Huahan International Holdings (Hong Kong) Co Limited
(as creditor) in the Loan Facility Agreement with the Company (as debtor), which facility currently
has a principal sum of owing of circa $360,000, has been assigned to Excalibur Capital Partners

Limited (a substantial shareholder in TRS), the investment vehicle of Sean Joyce (a non-executive
director of TRS).
