Susan Paterson completes service on Sky board

Susan Paterson ONZM will conclude her current term on the Sky Board in October and has chosen not

to seek re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Sky Chairman Philip Bowman commented: “Susan Paterson has made a significant contribution to Sky

since she joined the Board in 2015, and we are grateful for her expertise and guidance over that time.

Susan has chosen to not seek re-election when her term concludes in October, as she focuses on her

other governance commitments, including the Board of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

Since I became Chair of Sky in September 2019, two new directors have been appointed as part of the

ongoing process of refreshing the board composition. Against this backdrop Sky will not at this time

be seeking to recruit a further director to replace Susan.

Susan’s contribution to Sky includes as chair and then member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and

more recently chair of the People and Performance Committee. Her experience and professionalism

will be missed by her colleagues and she will step down with our thanks and very best wishes.”
