PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) announces that its 2020 Annual Shareholders’  
Meeting will be held on 18 September 2020 at 10:00am at Level 15, Grant Thornton  
House, 215 Lambton Quay, Wellington. Other details relating to the meeting will  
be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.  
 
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for  
director nominations is 28 July 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm  
(New Zealand time) on the closing date. Nominations must be made in writing by  
an Equity Security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’
